Bio

I’ve been doing CrossFit for going on 9 years. Been coaching for close to 8 years plus personal training for about 3 to 4 years. Growing up I was always bigger, got to being 260lbs. at my heaviest. Played offensive line in high school all 4 years and wrestling in heavy weight my junior year until I lost weight on accident (long story short crutches are cardio) wrestling in 189 weight class my senior year. I fell in love with running and working out. I’ve always loved sports of any kind. I’m an avid Sooners, Stars, Mavs, & Ranger’s fan. The reason I got into CrossFit and coaching was in 2013, I lost my dad. My family has always been overweight and heavier. I tried for years to help him and get him to lose weight at Anytime Fitness. After his death, it was hard being back in the gym and I needed a change of scenery and that is when I found CrossFit. Getting into coaching i wanted to help others succeed and be the best version of themselves. Whether it be CrossFit or life, I’m here to help you succeed at anything you put your mind to.
